Our Story
How We Started
MSR Ecotech Solution was born out of a growing frustration — watching businesses across Bihar and Odisha struggle to find affordable, compliant alternatives to single-use plastic, while also lacking the digital tools to compete in a fast-moving market.
Our founders saw two problems that needed solving together: the environmental cost of plastic packaging, and the operational inefficiency holding back small and mid-sized businesses. Rather than address one at a time, we built a company that tackles both — certified biodegradable packaging products distributed through a nationwide dealer network, and AI-powered SaaS solutions that automate the business operations behind them.
Starting from Motihari in Bihar and expanding to Bhubaneswar in Odisha, we have built a growing ecosystem of distributors, dealers, technology partners, and enterprise clients — all united by a shared belief that doing right by the planet and running a profitable business are not competing goals.
